Each individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method may be associated with only one active jstar99 Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified — even if operated by different individuals from the same household — jstar99 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and conduct an investigation before allowing further access.

All content on the jstar99 Platform — including but not limited to the jstar99 brand name, logo, software, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jstar99 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jstar99 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jstar99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or service interruptions.

jstar99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits jstar99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

• The Player's account activity poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the jstar99 support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method.

Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds, free spin credits, and associated pending wagering requirements are void and forfeited. Any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied their wagering requirements prior to account closure are also void.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jstar99 is incorporated and licenced to operate. jstar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jstar99 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notification on the Platform and/or sending an email to the address registered on the affected Player's Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect.
